Mission
Preparation should not be a privilege
Good interview preparation used to depend on who you knew. A friend in the industry, an expensive coach, a colleague willing to run mock rounds after hours — these privileges decided who walked into the room ready and who stumbled.
VivaWork is our attempt to change that. We build practice tools that deliver the same kind of focused, specific feedback a thoughtful mentor would give, on demand, in a calm space where mistakes cost nothing. Every feature we ship is measured against one question: does this help a candidate think more clearly before the interview they actually care about?
VivaWork is a personal brand run by an independent sole operator. It is not a company and not a registered legal entity — just one person building a focused product and answering every support email in person. That smallness is intentional: it lets us stay deliberate about what we ship and quiet about what we promise.
