1. Purpose
VivaWork is designed to help candidates prepare for interviews. To keep the Service reliable and fair, every user must follow this Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy"). Violations may result in limits on your account, suspension, or termination.
2. Prohibited content
You agree not to submit, upload, or generate content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others;
- contains hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent material directed at individuals or groups;
- sexualizes minors in any form or is otherwise unlawful in nature;
- promotes illegal activity, terrorism, self-harm, or violence;
- infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
- contains malware, exploit payloads, or instructions designed to compromise the security of others;
- is intentionally deceptive, including false identity, forged credentials, or fabricated references submitted to third parties.
3. Prohibited behavior
You agree not to:
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written permission;
- circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or technical restrictions we put in place;
- use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or headless browsers) to access the Service in a way that adversely affects its operation or violates these rules;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without our prior written agreement;
- use the Service to develop a product that directly competes with VivaWork;
- impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- collect personal information about other users without their consent.
4. Interview integrity
VivaWork is a practice tool. It is not designed to help you cheat during real interviews, assessments, or proctored examinations. You agree not to use the Service during a live interview, technical assessment, or any examination where outside assistance is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we reasonably believe are used for these purposes.
5. Fair use of AI capacity
Credits reflect real computational cost. Using automated tools, scripts, or other means to consume credits at a rate that appears abusive may trigger additional verification or temporary limits on your account. If you need higher capacity for a legitimate use case, contact us so we can accommodate it properly.
6. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, please report it to support@vivawork.shop. Provide enough detail for us to investigate, including timestamps and account identifiers where possible.
7. Enforcement
When we confirm a violation, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including warning the account holder, removing content, restricting features, suspending the account, or terminating it. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement when required.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
